The Biergarten at Olbrich Park has opened.
Picnic tables along Lake Monona’s shoreline can accommodate up to 240 people. The business offers six beers on tap sold in half-liters, some non-alcoholic beverages, and a limited (three-item) menu, but customers are welcome to bring their own picnic food.
Music has yet to be introduced while the business is getting started, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
Last call is around 9 p.m. so the business can shut down each night at 10 p.m. when the park closes.
