Patrons of Madison’s Olbrich Park Biergarten may soon be able to purchase two glasses of beer at a time, if the City Council agrees with the recommendations of the alcohol licensing committee.
The biergarten’s operator, BKM Group, requested the changes based on customer requests received after the summer of 2017, its first year.
The committee also had no issue with BKM’s request to open the outdoor establishment at noon on holidays that fall on weekdays, rather than at 4 p.m.
The Madison City Council will decide on June 5, according to a story in The Capital Times.
