The massive Verona Road construction project means the building Benjamin Plumbing has called home since 1987, at 5396 King James Way in Fitchburg, will be demolished next year. Benjamin plans to purchase another Fitchburg property and build a new building that is currently in the design-phase, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
It will also tear down a warehouse-like building it owns at 5400 King James Way and plans to replace it with a new retail and office building.
