Patrick Riha, owner of the 24-foot-long Beef Butter BBQ mobile kitchen, will soon open a brick-and-mortar version of the barbecue restaurant in the former Habanero’s Mexican Grill, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
Riha hopes to open Beef Butter BBQ at 3001 N. Sherman Ave. by Oct. 1.
