A new restaurant named Bao Lao is opening in February at 811 Williamson St., according to a social media post from chefs and owners Jamie and Chuckie Brown-Soukaseume
Jamie is co-owner and executive chef at restaurant Ahan at 744 Williamson St., Suite 100.
Bao Lao will open with “snacks and drinks,” with menu items to be shared soon on social media.
“First, we’re sharing our logo, designed by the amazing Derek Anderson Jr.,” the couple posted on social media. “Bao Lao means Lao bar in Lao, and the design connects perfectly with the logo of our sister restaurant, Ahan.”
