DeForest’s PinSeekers, an outdoor driving range and entertainment complex along Interstate 39-90-94, has fired its management company after recently filing for bankruptcy, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The business reportedly plans to reorganize its finances and enhance its operations.
PinSeekers filed the Chapter 11 petition last Tuesday but remains open and has received court approval for its plan to fund near-term operations with a loan from one of its owners, a limited liability company. Brian Markle, PinSeekers’ general manager, said the restructuring has not involved laying off any of the business’ roughly 75 employees.
Markle declined to name PinSeekers’ former management company but said it was fired for causing “cash flow” problems.
