Baker Tilly Virchow Krause to merge with ParenteBeard

Baker Tilly Virchow Krause has announced it will merge with ParenteBeard of Philadelphia effective Oct. 1. Headquartered in Chicago and with an office in Madison, Baker Tilly Virchow Krause currently employs more than 1,700 professionals in five states and the District of Columbia. ParenteBeard employs around 800 professionals on the East Coast and in Texas. The merged accounting and advisory firm will retain Baker Tilly’s name and remain in Chicago.
