CPA firm Baker Tilly US LLP has announced the management buyout of its subsidiary Baker Tilly Search & Staffing. The purchase was effective Nov. 30 and was led by partners Laura Huggett, Kim Herlitzka, and Carver Smith, along with their directors. The new recruiting, staffing, and executive search business is named Truity Partners.
