Shawn Bolduc will open his Baked Lab storefront at 2044 Atwood Ave. on Saturday.
The business was founded in 2019, and with the new retail location, Bolduc will sell snacks, alcohol, Scandinavian-style coffee and plated desserts.
Baked Lab will be open Thursday and Friday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
