The Minnesota-based Quality Resource Group of companies (QRG) has acquired Madison-based Badger Graphic Systems.
Terms were not released but with the acquisition QRG’s sales now exceed $40 million, according to a release.
Badger Graphic Systems’ sales office and manufacturing facility will remain in Madison, with CEO Gene Davis staying on with QRG in a leadership position.
