Amlat, a Chinese-owned infant formula company with an office in Madison, will build a plant in Monroe, according to a release from Miron Construction. Miron is partnering with Power Engineers on the design-build of the 60,000-square-foot Amlat Infant Formula Facility. Construction is expected to begin in June and be completed in the summer of 2016.
