State Street retail vendor B-Side Records will move to 514 State St. after being notified that its current location is slated for probable demolition. In a social media post, the company stated it will be moving in September to a location less than a block from its current location at 436 State St. A proposed development by JD McCormick would demolish three two-story buildings in the 400 block of State Street to accommodate a new building, which would have first-floor commercial space and 22–26 housing units on the floors above it.
