Auto shop owner accused of not reporting millions in sales

David W. Henry, owner of Dave’s Auto Service, 4822 Pflaum Road in Madison, is being charged by the Wisconsin Department of Revenue for failing to report more than $7.8 million in sales from 2004 until 2018 and also for not paying $360,000 in sales tax, according to an NBC15 report.

He faces more than 22 years in prison. Henry lost his seller’s permit in 2016 for reasons including the failure to file tax returns.
