Existing home sales in Dane County (862) increased 28% over August 2012 (674), according to the South Central Wisconsin MLS. It was the 26th straight month of year-over-year increases. Sales of single-family homes represented 26% of sales volume, while condos represented 33%. The combined median sale price rose to $220,000, a 3.3% increase August-to-August.
