The United States bankruptcy court has approved the sale of NessAlla LLC, a kombucha manufacturer located in the Garver Feed Mill, according to a statement from the company.
NessAlla is moving forward with the sale of the company assets, including its brand, through a Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. The company has accepted an asset purchase agreement with Willamia Distilling LLC as the initial bidder to a sale and auction to take place within the next 30 days.
