AT&T building renovation nearly complete

The $30-million renovation of downtown Madison’s AT&T building on West Washington Avenue, which includes a new façade and renovated interior spaces, is almost finished, according to The Capital Times, the space is ready to start accepting tenants

The 10-story building at 316 W. Washington Ave. is already home to educational video game company Filament Games, Catalyze Inc., a health care technology company, and Three Rings Design Inc., an online game developer based in San Francisco.

The Cap Times reports the owners of Red Sushi have applied for an alcohol license at the building for an “upscale sushi restaurant and lounge” but details are not yet finalized.
