At approximately 9:57 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 21, Fitchburg Police responded to the Associated Bank branch located at 3002 Fish Hatchery Road for a hold-up alarm. Upon arrival, officers learned that the bank was robbed, according to a police incident report. The suspect entered the bank, demanded cash, and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money. The investigation is ongoing.
