Kinetic Publishing Services, an editorial and composition business in Madison, was purchased by Connecticut-based Westchester Publishing Services.
Kinetic was launched by CEO John Ferguson in 2003.
Westchester provides editorial, production, and digital services. Its clients include scholastic, trade, and science publishers around the world.
Terms were not disclosed and all staff will remain in Madison, according to a release.
