The Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce and the DeForest Windsor Area Chamber have partnered with Madison College to develop the Leadership Development Series, an educational opportunity for members to explore and expand upon leadership skills and network with fellow members from across the chambers and communities.
Classes will be presented in a hybrid learning format, and participants will be exposed to some of the latest practices around several key foundational leadership competencies. The series will focus on the effective actions and thought processes of great leadership; handling workplace conflicts; effective communication strategies and practices; the transition from individual contributor to leader; and everyday stress management.
