After 24 years, Cathie and John Imes, owners of the Arbor House Inn at 3402 Monroe St., are putting the property up for sale, according to a Wisconsin State Journalarticle. The historic building is one of the city’s oldest, built in 1853.
The property’s two homes, which have been operated as a residence and environmental bed and breakfast, are listed for between $1.25 million and $1.49 million.
