Applications for the Madison Metropolitan School District’s Early College Academies can now be submitted for the tuition-free, dual-enrollment programs offered in partnership with Madison College.

The program allows students to earn college credits while in high school.

“These pathways are designed to meet students where they are and help them see what’s possible,” Mary Jankovich, MMSD director of career, community and college readiness, said in a statement. “When students participate in Early College Academies, they gain confidence, earn valuable credits and build a strong foundation for whatever they choose next.”

Students can gain hands-on experience and credits in STEM, education, IT and cybersecurity, biotechnology and in personalized study.
