Baker Tilly, Michael Best & Friedrich and Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce on Wednesday announced that applications are now being accepted for the 37th annual Manufacturer of the Year awards program.
The program aims to highlight Wisconsin’s manufacturing industry, which generates over $73.7 billion each year and accounts for just under 20% of the state’s GDP.
Four Grand Award winners — based on company presence in Wisconsin — will be recognized for their performance across multiple benchmarks.
This year, the program organizers have also launched a Spotlight Award track to recognize excellence across four categories: Business Resilience & Growth, Community Impact & Investment, Excellence in Product & Process Innovation and Commitment to Workforce.
Nominations are open to the public through October. Companies must formally submit their applications by Dec. 10.
Manufacturers are encouraged to apply for one Grand Award and/or up to two Spotlight Awards.
An independent panel of judges will review every application and select winners, which will be announced at a ceremony in February. Click here to learn more.
