Apple will use Google’s Gemini for Siri, its AI voice assistant, and future AI features in a new multiyear deal, Reuters reports.
A revamped Siri using Gemini AI models is expected to release later this year.
The deal was announced on Monday.
Much of Google’s Gemini runs Samsung’s Galaxy AI, and the Apple deal will introduce Gemini to over two billion active Apple devices.
