Developer Veridian Homes has plans for a 223-unit apartment building in Madison subdivision Hill Valley, the Wisconsin State Journal reported.

Nestled on 200 acres between South High Point and South Pleasant View roads on Madison’s west side, it is one of Madison’s larger subdivisions.

Work recently began on hundreds of houses at the subdivision.

Plans for the subdivision include about 848 lots for single-family and attached homes, and four lots for apartment buildings.

The apartment building will require approval from the Plan Commission, and review may take place in April.
