Developer Michael Campbell has submitted a revised plan for a four-story, 230-unit apartment complex at the former site of Marling Lumber at 1801 E. Washington Ave. in Madison to the city Landmarks Commission, according to a story in The Capital Times.

The project runs along the Yahara River Parkway and would also offer 20,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and 300 parking spots.

Further meetings are scheduled with the Urban Design and Plan commissions. If approved, construction could begin later this summer.
