Monk’s Bar & Grill is launching an online-only spinoff named “Wiscow,” according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The restaurant is the latest of a string of establishments to launch specialized online offerings. The kid-friendly concept will offer pizza, smoked chicken wings, and “loaded” mac and cheese. For now, the staff is delivering the offerings themselves but are considering services such as EatStreet and DoorDash.
