Another hotel eyed for Cap East District

Developer Curt Brink is looking to transform the former Mautz Paint building in the 900 block of East Washington into a boutique hotel.

A 12–15-story mixed-use commercial building and perhaps even housing could follow in later phases, as well, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
