Office Evolution, the nation’s largest coworking franchisor, has signed a development deal for two locations in Madison, according to a report on Franchising.com.
The new locations will be owned and operated by Keith and Rhonda Kometer. Addresses have yet to be announced, but the Kometers are eyeing sites in the Madison area that will open in the spring of 2021.
