Anchor Bank, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin Inc., will sell its Viroqua branch at 311 N. Main St. to Royal Bank of Elroy, Wis. Royal Bank will assume about $12 million of Anchor’s deposits along with loans and other assets in the deal, which is expected to be completed by the end of May.
