AnchorBank’s building at West Main and South Carroll streets on the Capitol Square will receive a significant facelift starting in July, if all approvals are received. Planned refurbishments include updating the building’s façade, transforming much of the ninth floor from mechanical to office space, expanding the size of the building to allow for more rental/retail space, and improving the mechanicals. AnchorBank is working with Urban Land Interests on the renovations, which are expected to take about a year to complete.
