Madison-based American Family Insurance and its foundation hopes to support COVID-19 pandemic relief with $6.8 million, including $50,000 for a Dane County-based relief effort, according to a story from the Wisconsin State Journal. The funds were raised with the business’ group companies, the American Family Insurance Dreams Foundation, and the Steve Stricker American Family Insurance Foundation and will go to relief efforts nationwide.
Locally, American Family has committed $50,000 to the United Way of Dane County support fund.
