AmFam raises minimum wage to $23 per hour

For the second time in two years, American Family Insurance group has raised its minimum hourly wage, this time to $23 per hour, according to a company release. The company said the wage increase, which takes effect in July, is to draw and retain talent to serve its customers. The increase will result in raises for more than 2,000 employees at American Family group companies and will impact employees in a variety of roles, including customer-facing positions in call centers, claims, and other areas.
