American Family Insurance Group announced today it is raising its minimum hourly wage to $25 per hour to draw and retain talent to best serve its customers. The wage increase will take effect in January 2025.

The $25 per hour minimum-wage increase will impact employees in a variety of roles, including customer-facing positions in call centers, claims, and other areas.

This is the third time since 2020 that American Family group has raised its minimum wage. In January 2020, the group announced a raise in minimum pay to $20 per hour and in February 2022, to $23 per hour.

Further strengthening investments in its employees, in 2025 American Family is increasing time off for parental paid leave. Birthing mothers will now receive 16 weeks of paid leave and parental leave will increase from four to eight weeks for all parents, including adoptive and foster parents.
