HSA Home Warranty of Cross Plains will be acquired by its competitor American Home Shield of Tennessee for an undisclosed price. The transaction should be completed within the next two months, after which HSA will continue to operate as an independent brand, according to HSA’s president and founder, Bob Lehmann. HSA Home Warranty employs about 200 workers.
