Madison’s American Family Insurance shut down some of its business systems late last week after “unusual” activity was detected on its network, according to the Wisconsin State Journal.
The company conducted an investigation including internal and third-party experts and did not find any breaches in customer data.
Its systems shutdown followed a cybersecurity incident that disrupted Kwik Trip’s internal network last week and is still affecting the gas station chain.
