The Dane County Regional Airport announced on Monday that American Airlines will soon offer three daily, nonstop flights from Madison to La Guardia Airport in New York City, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. The service, which complements two daily nonstop flights to the city offered by Delta Airlines, will launch Sept. 3.
Departure times have not yet been disclosed. The announcement follows the return of Breeze Airways’ nonstop service from Madison to Los Angeles International Airport twice weekly starting May 21. Other nonstop flights from Madison include Philadelphia, Denver and Washington, D.C.
