Alliant Energy Corp. of Madison announced it will sell RMT, Inc. to Indiana-based Infrastructure and Energy Alternatives, LLC (IEA). Terms were not disclosed.
RMT is the renewable energy services subsidiary of Alliant Energy. It will remain in Madison and operate as a subsidiary of IEA. The transaction should be completed in January.
