Madison-based Alliant Energy Corp. on Thursday reported a third-quarter profit significantly elevated from one year ago, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Its net income was $259 million, or $1.02 per share, on revenue of $1.08 billion. Earnings were $1.05 per share.
The numbers for 2022’s third quarter included a profit of $227 million, or 90 cents per share, on revenue of $1.14 billion. Earnings were 93 cents per share.
The company expects full-year earnings to land in the range of $2.85–$2.93 per share.
