The Alliance, a network of employers who provide their own health insurance to employees, will host three benefit design workshops this summer in Wausau, Eau Claire and Milwaukee. These in-person sessions are free to attend and will give employers solutions aimed at making their benefit plans more effective.
These workshops are best suited for employers who self-fund their employee health plans or are considering self-funding. Brokers and consultants are also welcome to attend the event to gain insights they can use with their clients.
All events will feature similar content, with local employers speaking about their experiences with self-funding. Each event will be held from 7:30-11:30 a.m.
The Wausau, Eau Claire and Milwaukee events will take place on July 22, July 29 and Aug. 5, respectively, and feature speakers from The Alliance, including Curt Kubiak, president and CEO; Bobbie Jo Aue, director of employer strategy & solutions; and Mike Roche, director of business development.
