Catholic Charities announced the start of the third phase of its All Saints neighborhood on Madison’s west side.
The $17 million development will add 48 apartments and 63 units for the frail elderly, plus 20,000 square feet of commons area that will support the entire campus with dining facilities, a wellness center, chapel, and greenhouse.
About 5,000 square feet of retail space will also be available at the corner of Watts Road and Commerce Drive.
