Dane County Regional Airport has renewed its 10-year food and beverage lease with SSP America, which plans to expand Metcalfe’s On The Go and add a new Vintage Wine and Tapas bar, as well as Ancora Artisan Coffee and Tea.
SSP will also introduce its own concept, Mad Town Gastropub, offering sustainable dishes created by Tory Miller, a James Beard-award winning local chef.
