Agrace has earned a 2023 Top Workplaces USA award, issued by Energage. Agrace was named No. 79 of the top 100 companies in the country among those with an employee base of 500 to 999 workers. The Madison-based health care nonprofit employs more than 850 people who work to fulfill its mission of providing hospice care, supportive care, non-medical senior care, adult day services, and grief support.
Winners of the Top Workplaces USA awards are chosen based solely on employee feedback gathered through an employee engagement survey issued by Energage. In the past 16 years, the Top Workplaces program has surveyed more than 20 million employees and recognized the top organizations across 60 markets for regional Top Workplaces awards.
