The Madison restaurant Turkish Kitchen has reopened after it was closed for a three-week kitchen expansion, according to a Wisconsin State Journal report. The restaurant, at 749 S. Gammon Road, underwent a kitchen remodel to allow the restaurant to provide a larger menu. The Turkish Kitchen sells five types of kebabs, hummus, baba ganoush, ajvar (grilled eggplant and grilled red pepper spread), and cacik (Turkish yogurt sauce). The renovation also included the addition of 10 tables.
