Plans for The Grove Apartments, a $20 million affordable, 112-unit complex slated for 204 Cottage Grove Road, took an unexpected leap forward when WHEDA announced it would provide the development with $13.4 million in low-income housing tax credits over 10 years. MRP Real Estate will build the project.

Of the 112 units, 95 will be reserved for those earning 60% of the county’s median income, or $46,000 for a family of three, according to a story in the Wisconsin State Journal.
