ABS Global announced that it signed an agreement to acquire Vermont-based St. Jacobs Animal Breeding Corp.
Financial terms were not disclosed, but the sale includes all of the St. Jacobs sires, the programs, and the St. Jacobs brand.
DeForest-based ABS Global is a provider of genetic improvement solutions and reproduction services for animals.
