Beloit-based ABC Supply Co., a building products distributor, has acquired the assets of Western Roofing Supply Co. Inc. of Minneapolis. The location will become a branch of ABC Supply, joining other Minnesota branches in Coon Rapids, Maple Plain, and Savage, Minn.
