Midwest Wholesale Materials in Madison has been purchased by building products distributor ABC Supply Co. and will become the fourth ABC Supply location in Madison, according to an article in the Wisconsin State Journal.
Midwest Wholesale Materials, 4610 Pflaum Rd., was founded in 1960 and distributes siding, windows, doors, and roofing. Its current employees will be retained as part of the transaction.
Mike Jost, chief operating officer of ABC Supply, says the new Madison location strengthens the Beloit company’s partnerships with area contractors. ABC has 18 locations in Wisconsin and 790 nationwide.
