The Madison Black Chamber of Commerce announced the sixth Annual Black Business Awards Dinner, which will take place Thursday, Feb. 22 at Monona Terrace, located at 1 John Nolen Drive. The event recognizes the achievements of Black-owned businesses in the community. Red carpet arrival begins at 5 p.m.
Winners of the Beauty Innovator Award, Style & Grace Award, Retail Excellence Award, and nine other award categories will be announced during the ceremony. The event will also feature vendors selling goods and services at the Black Wall Street Marketplace and an exhibit from the Tulsa Historical Society & Museum.
