5Nines, a Madison-based Internet service provider is planning to extend its 4G network to Madison businesses, community centers, and nonprofits for free.

Businesses interested in the service can pay a one-time $150 fee for a pre-configured router that can provide a Wi-Fi signal to customers straight out of the box. Non-profits will pay $75. Other than the initial setup fee there aren’t any additional monthly fees for access or usage.

The routers connect to 5Nines’ 4G network, which includes two sites in the downtown area with plans to add another site near the University of Wisconsin–Madison campus and another at Hilldale Mall, according to the Cap Times.
