The companies, people and issues shaping business in Madison and the Capital Region.

Two Madison-area nonprofits — the Urban League of Greater Madison and 100 Black Men — are the recipients of Spectrum Digital Education Grants totaling $45,000.

The Urban League will use the funds to expand the digital capacity of its employment programs and redesign some of its in-person programming for delivery in a virtual format. 100 Black Men will use the grant to advance  technical and conventional solutions so that limited-income families will be able to reliably connect to the internet.
